The Problem

Bot traffic has fundamentally changed. Modern automation doesn't look like the clumsy scrapers of the past. Today's bots use real browsers, rotate through residential proxy networks, and solve CAPTCHAs with AI. They click ads, fill out forms, and mimic real user behavior — draining marketing budgets, corrupting analytics, and making it impossible to trust your data.

Traditional security tools were built for DDoS attacks, not sophisticated click fraud and data pollution. IP blocklists, rate limiting, and edge-only signals can't detect distributed, low-volume automation that uses clean residential IPs and realistic browsing patterns. Your data looks fine. Your decisions based on it aren't.

Our Solution

Reputable's detection models score every visit for the likelihood of a residential proxy, an AI agent or other automation, even after a CAPTCHA was solved. You get a signed report with the evidence, and you decide what happens next: let it in, keep it out of analytics, challenge it or block it.

You choose how to use it. Add a script tag or one API call and read the report in your own code. Run it in a Cloudflare Worker, where Reputable proposes rules and checks each one after it goes live. Or run your own reputation store for behavioral security analytics.

Every change is yours to approve. Nothing changes for your visitors until your thresholds say so, and you do not need an enterprise contract to start.

Who We Are

Reputable was founded by Cary Dunn, who previously built RightSignature, an eSignature platform that grew into a leading solution before being acquired by Citrix Systems in 2014. With deep experience operating at S&P 500 scale, Cary has seen and mitigated massive botnets, DDoS attacks, and sophisticated scraping—giving him a rare, firsthand view of how abuse evolves in the real world.

We're a small, focused team building tools that work in the real world — not theoretical defenses against yesterday's threats. We believe that protecting your business from sophisticated automation shouldn't require a PhD in security or massive infrastructure changes. It should feel as natural as checking your analytics or running an A/B test.
